This Privacy Policy applies to the Progressitor mobile application (the "Application"), created by Viatcheslav Kileev (the "Service Provider") as a free service and provided on an "AS IS" basis.
When you download and use the Application, certain information may be collected, including:
The Application does not gather precise location data from your mobile device.
We record cold starts so we can see how many installations use the Application, which versions are in use, and whether the installed version should be updated. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not collect the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) or the Google advertising ID for this purpose.
You cannot turn this collection off inside the Application. Uninstalling the Application stops further launches from being sent. The install identifier stays on the device until you uninstall the Application or clear its storage.
Individual launch records are intended to be deleted after 90 days. An automated purge for that period is not yet running, so records may be kept until that cleanup is in place. A summary per installation (first and last launch, launch count, and last app version) is kept for product statistics. If you delete your account, we remove the link between these records and your account. The anonymous installation summary may remain.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
For functionality such as account access, the Service Provider may request personally identifiable information, including email address. Such information is retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may use your information to send important notices, required service communications, and, where applicable, marketing communications.
Aggregated and anonymized data may be transmitted to third-party services to improve the Application and related services.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes available on your device or app marketplace.
User-provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. To request deletion of your user-provided data, contact: support@progressitor.com.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 and does not knowingly market to them. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's online activity. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@progressitor.com.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age required in your country) to consent to personal data processing, unless local law permits parental/guardian consent on your behalf.
The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect data processed and maintained through the Application.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective is deemed acceptance of those changes.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account in the Progressitor app: Account → Delete account, then confirm with your password or an email verification code. See account deletion for step-by-step instructions and the email fallback if you cannot use the app.
When you delete your account we anonymise your profile: you can no longer sign in; your email, name, username, and avatar are removed from the live service. Your public identifier may remain on historical records (for example comments or activity) shown to others as “Deleted user”.
We may retain the following for abuse prevention, moderation, or legal obligations:
Automated purge jobs for these retention periods are not yet deployed; data may be kept until a future cleanup process runs. This policy describes our intended maximum retention periods for transparency.
