When you write to us, please include:
Registration in Progressitor is invitation-only. You need a valid invite code from someone who already uses the app. This helps keep the community safer and more trusted.
On the registration screen, enter your email, invitation code (16 characters, with or without dashes), and either choose a password or register with a one-time code sent to your email.
Password registration is convenient if you prefer to sign in with a password and do not want to open your email for a login code each time. Your email can be verified later in the app.
Email code registration is convenient if you do not want to choose and remember a password right now. Your email is verified during registration. You can set a password later in Account settings if you wish.
An invitation may be rejected if the code is incomplete, mistyped, expired, already used, or bound to a different email address. Ask the person who invited you for a new invitation if needed.
You can sign in with your email and password, or with a one-time code sent to your email. If you registered without a password, use the email code option on the login screen.
Some features — such as creating invitations for others and enabling social features — require a verified email address. You can verify your email from the Account section in the app.
A track is a container for related tasks on your home screen. You can reorder tasks, plan them on specific days, and share tracks with friends who use Progressitor. Use the Friends and Activity sections in the app to manage social features when they are enabled on your account.
You can decline a permission; the related feature will not work until you allow it in iOS or Android settings.
Tell us what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the steps to reproduce the issue. Include your app version and device information so we can investigate faster.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data. See our dedicated page: Request deletion of your data.
Or email support@progressitor.com from the address linked to your account and ask for account/data deletion. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
